AAPG will provide the Chapter with a rebate of $1.00/member with a minimum of nine members (minimum rebate is $25.00 US). To obtain this rebate the chapter president shall provide to AAPG headquarters a list of members. This list of membership is due the 1st of December of each year. Rebate checks will be mailed following certification of the membership rolls. REMEMBER, Student Chapter members must be members of AAPG.
Provided below is an online form which you may submit. You must provide your chapter president's e-mail address and member number to file this electronically.
