Annual Meeting 2005 -- Calgary

Let the "Global Roundup" begin! -- and in celebration of the cowboy history of Calgary, Alberta we are jumping the gun (pun intended) by providing you information about the 2005 AAPG Annual Meeting.

Yes, the abstract deadline for Calgary is planned for November 12 and technical session themes have been released with plans for opening the online abstract submission site before the close of June!

The Calgary Web site is started -- http://www.aapg.org/calgary/ -- and is updated as information is provided.

Watch your August EXPLORER for the final printed version of the call. The online submittal system will be open August 1 at the latest; however, this gives you six to eight weeks to form your ideas and begin saving your money to attend.

Prepare yourself accordingly, and showcase your work in Calgary!
