Volunteers Sought for 2005 AAPG Annual Convention

Volunteer at Annual ConventionThe 2005 AAPG Annual Convention in Calgary, Canada, at the Roundup Centre of Stampede Park is looking for volunteers from Friday, June 17, through Friday, June 24, 2005, to aid with various tasks both before and during the convention.

Students willing to work four to six hours, will receive a $25 rebate toward their registration fee on-site in Calgary. Students who work two half-day sessions during the convention (8 to 10 hours) will receive a lunch voucher , and $25, in addition to the $25 rebate.

Your help is needed!

To sign-up as a student assistant you can register on-line at www.aapg.org/calgary/. The volunteer assignments will be made and the student assistants contacted directly with further information and instructions during May.

If you have already registered for the convention please go to www.aapg.org/calgary/volunteer.cfm and download/complete the Volunteer Preference form and fax it back to (918) 560-2684.
