Volunteer at the convention, and receive a registration rebate of $25 on-site in Houston. In addition to the rebate, volunteers who work 8 to 10 hours will receive $25 for each 8 - 10 hours worked and a lunch voucher.

Opportunities exist in the Speaker Rehearsal Room, the Welcome Desk, Registration, Judges' Room, Field Trips, Short Courses, and much more. Be a part of the Student Day at AAPG by registering for the Student Career Workshop on Monday, April 10 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Hilton Americas. For more information contact Mike Mlynek at students@aapg.org.

After the workshop head over to the AAPG/SEPM Student Reception from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. where you can visit with other students and faculty, and find out who won the Outstanding Student Chapter Award, as well as the top three poster authors from the Shell sponsored "Selected Academic Research Topics: Student Presentations."
