Outstanding Student Chapters honored.
The 2007 AAPG Annual meeting held in Long Beach, CA was a major success for those students that attended. Events for students included the student and new hire career development seminar, the Shell Sponsored student poster and paper competitions, the Imperial Barrel Award, the Student Reception sponsored by ExxonMobil, and the Student Lounge sponsored by Chevron. It is an exciting time to be an AAPG Student member.
